Enquiry

Step 1 - CHOOSE YOUR ACTS.
Choose your act/s that you would like, then either call us or send an enquiry using the form on each act page. Make sure you have all the event details to hand to provide us with as much information as possible.

Step 2 - QUOTE
We will gather you a quote for your chosen act/s, the price will vary on the distance to the venue and the options you choose. We will endeavour to respond to you within 24 hours. Hopefully it will be much quicker than this.

Step 3 - BOOKING
We will get back to you with the quote for your chosen act/s, you simply decide if you would like to proceed with the booking. If you would like to proceed and book then get back to us and we will sort out the rest for you.

Step 4 - DEPOSIT
We will require you to place down a 15% deposit to secure your chosen act/s, this can be done by a Cheque, Bank Transfer or Paypal. This gives both you and the act piece of mind that the booking is certain to go ahead.​
 

Step 5 - BOOKING CONFIRMATION
We will send both you and the act/s a Booking Confirmation that you will need to sign and return to us, you can do this by posting it back to us or do it electronically via email to save time.​
 

Step 6 - PAYMENT
The rest of the remaining balance should be paid to us no later than 7 days before your event, it can be paid to the act/s directly on the night of the event if you inform us when booking.​
 

Step 7 - THE EVENT
The acts will arrive at your event and run a soundcheck before the guests arrive and then its showtime.
